Accountant – Full‑time

About the role

Printware Services Limited is seeking a full‑time Accountant to join its finance team in Accra. The role will support day‑to‑day financial operations, ensuring accurate recording, reporting and compliance across the company’s printing and managed‑service business.

Key responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting, forecasting and cost‑control activities.
• Prepare tax and regulatory filings and assist with internal and external audits.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and Ghanaian financial regulations.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to provide financial insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, ICA, CPA) is an advantage.
• At least one month of experience in corporate or SME accounting, preferably in technology or services.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and reporting tools.
