Administration & Training Manager – Cybersecurity

About the role

The Administration & Training Manager will oversee daily operations of the institute while delivering high‑quality, competency‑based cybersecurity training. This position combines administrative leadership with hands‑on instructional responsibilities to ensure students graduate ready for industry certifications and employment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day institutional operations and coordinate academic and administrative activities.
• Supervise staff, support student services, and ensure a smooth learning environment.
• Design, deliver, and assess practical cybersecurity training modules.
• Monitor training quality, track student performance, and implement improvements.
• Support curriculum development and foster industry partnerships.
• Prepare students for professional cybersecurity certifications and job placement.

Required profile

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in administration, training, or academic management.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and facilitation skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
• Previous experience in technology school management and cybersecurity facilitation is advantageous.
• Must reside in Kumasi or be willing to relocate before starting.
