Human Resources National Service Personnel (HR Support)

About the role

We are seeking a National Service Personnel to join our Human Resources team. This position offers hands‑on experience in day‑to‑day HR activities while supporting the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes and schedule interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
• Enter HR data, generate reports and support analytics.
• Help organise training sessions and employee engagement events.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
• Communicate HR information to staff and support internal projects.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently completed a National Service program.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and people management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
