Human Resources Advisor

About the role

Sandvik is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to provide first‑line HR administration support to employees and managers in Kumasi, Ghana. You will ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently while improving the quality and accuracy of employee data.

Key responsibilities

• Complete, check and process HR‑related forms and documents in line with established guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and secure employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Act as a data champion by driving data‑quality initiatives, implementing data standards, cleansing and process improvements.
• Prepare periodic and ad‑hoc reports based on data analysis and trends for senior management decision‑making.

Required profile

• First‑line support for employees and managers on HR administration, policies and processes.
• Strong focus on data integrity and adherence to HR information standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively within the SAWA business unit.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Experience in data cleansing and implementing data‑quality measures.
