AirBnB Cleaner

About the role

The AirBnB Cleaner will ensure that short‑term rental properties in Kumasi are spotless, well‑stocked and ready for guests. This full‑time position involves cleaning, sanitising and preparing rooms after each booking, following the standards of a professional hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas after each guest departure.
• Change bed linens, replace towels and restock toiletries and other amenities.
• Dust, sweep, mop and vacuum all assigned spaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
• Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues, damages or missing items and report them promptly.
• Adhere to turnaround times to ensure rooms are ready for the next reservation.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude while on duty.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Honest, reliable, punctual and physically fit.
• Resident of Kumasi or nearby areas, preferably close to the Kuwait neighbourhood.

• Monthly salary of GHS 1,500 (range GHS 1,200‑1,500).
