About the role
The Area Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of contractual and ad‑hoc manned security solutions within a defined geographic area. The role ensures compliance with legislation, company policies, and internal procedures while driving operational efficiency and meeting budgetary targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of security services, ensuring quality and contractual compliance.
- Allocate and coordinate resources effectively across the assigned area.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align operational activities with strategic objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong understanding of the organizational environment and security industry standards.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
