About the role
The Self-Owned Vehicle Safety Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all company‑owned vehicles operate safely and comply with internal safety policies. This position works closely with the safety department to maintain a safe workshop environment, conducting continuous monitoring, risk assessment, and coordination with operational teams to prevent accidents and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Study and strictly adhere to company rules, labor discipline, and safety regulations.
- Assume direct responsibility for the safety position of self‑owned vehicles.
- Implement leader‑issued instructions and safe‑production regulations, monitoring compliance.
- Check progress, urge timely implementation, and report any gaps.
- Collaborate with the safety department to guide and improve safety practices within the workshop.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of vehicles and related equipment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
