Area Sales Manager

About the role

Sulzer is seeking an Area Sales Manager to support the sales process by providing technical expertise and helping customers understand how our engineering solutions meet their needs. This role bridges engineering and sales, ensuring technical accuracy and customer satisfaction across the Takoradi and Western Region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support during the sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions based on client requirements.
• Assist in proposal development, contract negotiations, and post‑sales implementation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Sulzer products, technologies, and industry trends.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent work experience in engineering or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of relevant experience in solution selling and technical sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
• Familiarity with CRM and technical documentation tools.
