About the role

Suma Rural Bank PLC is looking for qualified Assistant Branch Managers to join its team at the Suma‑Ahenkro location. The role supports the branch’s daily banking activities, focusing on serving rural and community customers while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

First degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Marketing or a related discipline.
Minimum of four (4) years of banking experience.
Level 3 professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, ACIB, ICSA or CIM (UK).
Experience in a rural or community bank is highly considered.
