About the role
The Business School of Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) invites applications for the rank of Associate Professor across a range of departments, including Management & Human Resources, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, and Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management. The successful candidate will join a technology‑oriented public university located in Tesano, Accra, and will contribute to teaching, research and community engagement at a senior academic level.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the appointed department.
- Supervise student projects, theses and dissertations.
- Conduct high‑quality research and publish in recognised journals.
- Participate in community service and outreach activities.
- Engage in faculty development and departmental administration.
Required profile
- Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
- Current appointment as Associate Professor at a recognised university, or a Senior Lecturer with at least four years of experience and a minimum of ten publications in recognised journals.
- Three referees with contact details.
