Bell Logger Operator – Forestry Operations

About the role

Form Ghana Limited is seeking motivated and safety‑focused individuals to join its forestry team as Bell Logger Operators. You will work on forest plantation sites, operating specialized logging equipment to support timber harvesting while adhering to strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the bell logger safely and efficiently during harvesting operations.
• Perform routine maintenance checks each workday to ensure equipment readiness.
• Stack logs at the landing site and assist with tree extraction near landing areas.
• Complete daily production and mechanical downtime sheets for the Harvesting Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean landing/depot area and avoid restricted zones and drainage systems.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license, NHIS card, Ghana Card, and SSNIT number.
• Minimum Junior High School certificate.
• Physically and mentally fit with good eyesight and depth perception.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Strong decision‑making, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
