BM Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven BM Marketing Executive to join our Building Materials team, focusing on showroom performance and brand visibility for Twyford, Micasso, and Frencia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly showroom checking plans for all BM brands.
• Ensure timely submission of showroom checking/spot‑check reports and approvals by sales staff.
• Train staff on showroom standards, customer engagement, and display guidelines; review performance in monthly meetings.
• Oversee showroom performance summary reports and manage incentive policies for sales teams.
• Coordinate with product teams to obtain launch images, materials, and updates, ensuring new products are prominently displayed.
• Manage marketing materials, display assets, and showroom inventory to meet brand requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on showroom checks, product launches, and overall performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or showroom management, preferably in building materials or FMCG.
• Strong planning, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail.
