Branch Manager – Northern Ghana

About the role

MPC Limited is seeking a proactive Branch Manager to lead its Tamale outlet, delivering high‑quality construction equipment to customers across northern Ghana. You will be responsible for smooth branch operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory control and account management.
• Promote products and services through field marketing and digital channels.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate sales.
• Provide expert advice on equipment use and handle customer enquiries.
• Coordinate sales orders, deliveries, and after‑sales service.
• Work with senior management to design and execute marketing and sales strategies that meet sales targets.
• Analyse sales performance data, market research, and customer surveys to inform product requisition and sales tactics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Building Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, trade, business or management.
• Leadership and management abilities, strong customer‑service orientation, and a growth mindset.
• Analytical thinking and data‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Effective use of social media platforms for marketing.
