Brands Manager

About the role

The Brands Manager will develop and execute consumer‑driven marketing strategies to strengthen brand health, boost sales and increase market share for assigned product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement marketing plans, monitor performance and take corrective actions.
• Translate brand strategies into positioning, go‑to‑market plans and ATL/BTL campaigns.
• Collaborate with advertising, media and BTL agencies to produce consistent brand communications.
• Work with sales teams on point‑of‑purchase activities and trade performance.
• Conduct market research to assess brand health, consumer trends and competitor activity.
• Manage advertising and promotions budgets and maintain thorough documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing or related field; CIM or MBA (Marketing) a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of brand management experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with media, advertising or creative agencies; exposure to FMCG is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
