About the role

The Business Development & Marketing Manager will lead the clinic’s growth strategy by expanding the patient base, strengthening the premium brand, and forging strategic partnerships. Reporting to the General Manager, this mid‑level position combines commercial planning, digital marketing, and relationship management to drive sustainable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business development strategies aligned with growth targets.
• Identify new revenue streams such as corporate dental programs, insurance partnerships, and institutional contracts.
• Conduct market analysis to pinpoint growth segments and competitive positioning.
• Create integrated marketing plans across digital and offline channels, ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage digital initiatives including website optimization, social media, SEO, online advertising, and email campaigns.
• Monitor digital analytics, improve patient acquisition funnels, and oversee online reputation.
• Design patient acquisition programs and referral schemes for corporates, schools, and healthcare partners.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate, insurance, and institutional partners.
