Business Development & Partnerships Executive

About the role

People and Partners Group is seeking a proactive Business Development & Partnerships Executive to drive new client acquisition across multiple sectors. Based in Accra, you will lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting to signed retainer, and help expand the firm’s service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients in FMCG, manufacturing, construction, NGOs, mining and corporate sectors.
• Run outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email and networking events.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations and showcase PPG’s service lines.
• Prepare, negotiate and close proposals, securing signed retainers.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using a CRM system and report weekly progress to the Managing Director.
• Monitor market trends and represent PPG at relevant industry events.
• Identify institutional partnership and tender opportunities, preparing compliant proposals and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in a hunter role.
• Strong ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools for pipeline management.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and email campaigning.
