Sales Executive – Interior & Home Accessories

About the role

Builder Woman Interior & Home Accessories is expanding its team and seeks motivated, customer‑focused Sales Executives to drive growth in the interior décor and home accessories market. You will work on the East Legon campus in Accra, engaging with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable interior, décor, and home accessory products.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and support customers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow‑up.
• Stay informed about products, market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Represent the brand professionally and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum WASSCE/SSCE qualification or a first degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, retail, interior design, décor or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Residency in or around East Legon is an added advantage.
