Business Manager

About the role

The Business Manager will support Business Heads in developing and executing the bank’s overall strategy, overseeing performance, projects and stakeholder coordination across finance, HR, risk and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with segment heads to formulate and translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives.
• Coordinate annual target setting, budgeting and performance monitoring with Finance.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, scorecards and dashboards for commercial and SME banking units.
• Analyse performance metrics, identify improvement areas and drive optimisation strategies.
• Provide market, competitor and client insights to inform decision‑making.
• Manage strategic communications, presentations and stakeholder engagement across the business.
• Lead and monitor business projects, ensuring timely resolution of operational, regulatory or technology issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business operations, strategy implementation or performance management within banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
