Business Support Coordinator (Paid Graduate Intern)

About the role

Flexy Foods, a sustainability-focused agro-processing business that turns responsibly sourced cocoa and cashew into value-added products, is looking for a dynamic, energetic and detail-oriented candidate for a Business Support Coordinator position (Paid Graduate Intern). The role is based in Amrahia, Greater Accra Region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Accountant with financial data collection, data entry, analysis and routine reporting.
• Support the Sales and Marketing team in collecting sales data, carrying out market analysis and preparing reports.
• Represent the company at business development meetings, sales fairs, trade shows and industry events.
• Carry out market research on existing and prospective customers.
• Follow all food safety, health and hygiene protocols strictly.
• Organise and take part in monthly physical stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• BSc or HND in Accounting.
• Completed National Service with a valid certificate or proof of completion.
• Must live within Amrahia-Adenta or its immediate surroundings.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Willingness to learn food safety and health protocols.
