Campus Ambassador – Carpooling Platform

About the role
KROM is Ghana's community carpooling platform and is launching on the University of Ghana, Legon campus. It is hiring 3-4 Campus Ambassadors to drive the rollout in their part of campus. This is a 3-month paid pilot with room to grow as the service scales.
Key responsibilities
- Own a campus corridor (Limann-Nelson, Pentagon/Bani/TF or Sarbah/Akuafo)
- Recruit student drivers and riders onto the KROM platform
- Onboard new users, build buzz in the halls and hit weekly targets
- Report daily on sign-ups and rides
Required profile
- Current University of Ghana, Legon student
- Well connected on campus and confident approaching people
- Strong sales instinct and a genuine team player
- Reliable
What we offer
- GHS 1,000 per month base pay plus a performance bonus
- Top ambassadors can earn up to GHS 2,500 per month
- Strong performers can step up to Campus Lead (GHS 1,250 per month plus bonus)
