Sales & Marketing Executive (Real Estate & Travel)

About the role

A Ghanaian real estate agency and travel management company, represented by its client through The Capital Group Ltd, is looking for a detail-oriented, organized Sales and Marketing Executive with a background in real estate and travel. The role combines industry knowledge, creativity and strong networking skills to drive sales, raise brand visibility and build lasting client relationships. The position is based at Atlantic Towers, 7th Floor Airport City.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in real estate and travel.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
• Build, manage and nurture client and partner relationships, and convert leads and inquiries into sales.
• Source and list properties on digital platforms and work with the digital marketing team on engaging content.
• Partner with the travel consultant to develop and promote travel packages and destinations.
• Analyze competitors' strategies and recommend improvements.
• Accompany clients to property viewings and help them choose the right properties.
• Network actively to expand the company's reach and client base.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate and/or travel.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of the Ghanaian real estate and travel industries.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong professional network and established relationships in Ghana.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Market research, strategic planning, relationship management, proposal and pitch development, and revenue growth.
