About the role
ComfortHands Care Ltd is looking for a qualified Caregiver Training Facilitator to develop and deliver caregiver training programmes at ComfortHands Academy.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate practical and theoretical caregiver training sessions.
- Train learners in personal care, hygiene, safe patient handling, mobility assistance, infection prevention, and elderly care.
- Demonstrate professional caregiving standards, ethics, and communication.
- Support practical assessments and help prepare learners for real‑world caregiving responsibilities.
Required profile
- Relevant qualifications or substantial practical experience in caregiving, nursing, gerontology, or a related healthcare field.
- Strong communication, teaching, and practical demonstration skills.
- A genuine commitment to developing competent and compassionate caregivers.
- Experience in vocational training or caregiver education is an advantage.
- CTVET accreditation or eligibility to serve as a facilitator is highly desirable.
