About the role

Super Bowl Restaurant & Bar in Accra is seeking a dedicated full‑time Chef to lead its kitchen operations. The role involves preparing high‑quality dishes, maintaining consistency, and ensuring a clean, organized environment while delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to established recipes, maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.
• Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized kitchen environment.
• Plan menus that showcase Ghanaian and international cuisine.
• Manage inventory, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Collaborate with front‑of‑house teams to create a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Proven culinary experience with Ghanaian and international dishes.
• Hands‑on kitchen management experience, including staff supervision and training.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Formal culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
