Hospitality Partner Success Lead - Client Onboarding & Relationship Mgt.

About the role

The Partner Success Lead is the operational backbone behind every partner that joins Tabler. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will own contracts, compliance, partner readiness, and ensure the quality of guest‑facing content before go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process from contract signature to live launch.
• Collect, verify, and configure operational data, including building table layouts in Tabler’s admin platform.
• Review and approve all partner content to meet Tabler’s premium standards.
• Draft, send, and track service contracts, ensuring timely signatures and accurate records.
• Maintain onboarding materials, checklists, and templates for consistency and scalability.
• Curate and update the guest‑facing timeline, ensuring high‑quality photos and information for each operator.
• Prepare demo materials, manage administrative tasks, and keep internal trackers current.
• Contribute to weekly and month‑end reports on contract status, onboarding pipeline, and timeline changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in client onboarding, contract management or operations, preferably in hospitality or a compliance‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Basic design tool literacy (Canva, Figma or similar).
