About the role
The Client & Operations Associate supports daily store activities and ensures a seamless experience for both walk‑in and online customers. You will be the front‑line representative of Jogojewel, handling inquiries, managing inventory records, and assisting with packaging.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to walk‑in and online customers with professionalism.
- Manage WhatsApp and Instagram inquiries, providing timely responses.
- Support jewelry inventory recording and organization.
- Assist with packaging and daily operational tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and deliver high‑quality client service.
Required profile
- Honest, organized, and responsible.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Attention to detail and professional demeanor.
- Basic smartphone and computer proficiency.
- Previous retail or jewelry experience is an advantage.
