About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Asokwa, Kumasi. The role involves interacting with customers, answering inquiries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a courteous manner.
• Respond to product and service inquiries with accurate information.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Build and maintain positive relationships to drive satisfaction.
• Promote company products and services where appropriate.
• Support marketing and promotional activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare basic reports.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve company objectives.

Required profile

• Female applicant residing in or near Asokwa, Kumasi (or willing to commute).
• Minimum of SHS, HND, or Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 24 months of experience in a customer service role.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Presentable, courteous, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Background in marketing or sales is an advantage.
