Conference Operations Manager – ARCE 2026

About the role

The Africa Real Estate Conference & Expo (ARCE) is looking for an energetic and highly organized Conference Operations Manager to lead the planning and execution of ARCE 2026 in Accra. Reporting to the CEO and Conference Convener, you will be the primary operational lead, ensuring the event is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all conference planning activities and maintain detailed project timelines.
• Monitor milestones, organize planning meetings, and follow up on action items with committee members.
• Manage venue logistics, registration operations, exhibitor management, and on‑site conference operations.
• Supervise volunteers and temporary event staff, and prepare contingency and risk management plans.
• Handle speaker communications, track presentation materials, and support VIP and international delegates.
• Assist with sponsorship strategy, identify prospective sponsors, schedule meetings, and track sponsorship revenue.
