Construction Engineer – Ghana Projects

About the role

PR Engineers is seeking an experienced Construction Engineer to join our expanding team. The role involves leading and supervising construction projects across Ghana and potentially abroad, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities on multiple sites.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and subcontractors.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering completed construction projects.
• Willingness to work anywhere in Ghana and travel abroad when required.
• Strong leadership and the ability to work independently without supervision.
• At least three professional references and a portfolio of completed projects.
