Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of residential and mixed‑use real estate developments across Accra and Tema. You will coordinate site activities, manage contractors, and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and allocate resources from pre‑construction to handover.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors and on‑site teams, enforce safety protocols and resolve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate procurement, logistics and admin to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Maintain quality control, compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and prepare detailed documentation and weekly progress reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, finance, sales and legal teams to align project objectives.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of construction project leadership experience, preferably in residential or mixed‑use developments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Strong technical understanding of civil construction, budgeting and material specifications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites concurrently and deliver under strict deadlines.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.
