Content Creator & Digital Media Intern

About the role

The Content Creator & Digital Media Intern will support Cornerstone’s brand and marketing team by producing engaging short‑form videos, graphics, and social posts that help audiences discover and understand the fintech’s services. You will work closely with the Brand & Marketing Associate to turn ideas into on‑brand content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Design graphics, carousel posts, and simple explainer visuals.
• Write captions and short educational posts about saving, payments, and collections.
• Capture photos and videos of approved customer stories and events.
• Repurpose blog articles and campaign material across channels.
• Track content performance and share insights on what works.

Required profile

• Portfolio or social media account showcasing previously created content.
• Reliability in meeting content deadlines.
• Familiarity with Ghanaian social media trends.
• Preferred: on‑camera presenting, knowledge of Twi, Ga, Ewe or other Ghanaian languages.

Required skills

• Video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Premiere or similar.
• Design tools like Canva or comparable platforms.
