Cook Assistant

About the role
We are looking for a Cook Assistant to join our kitchen team at Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited. The role supports daily food preparation, maintains cleanliness, and ensures hygiene standards are met in a fast‑paced catering environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and cooking menu items under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area and storage spaces.
- Wash, dry and store utensils, equipment and kitchenware.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Support the catering team during peak periods and special events.
Required profile
- JHS or SHS certificate.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Basic understanding of English.
- Strong awareness of hygiene and safety standards.
Required skills
- Food preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
