Cook – Night Shift (Accra)

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our kitchen team in Accra. The position works the 4 pm – 12 am shift and offers a competitive monthly salary based on experience.
Key responsibilities
- Plan menu items in consultation with the Director.
- Create recipes and prepare advanced items as needed.
- Start food preparation at the beginning of each shift.
- Prepare a shopping budget and ensure timely procurement of ingredients.
- Maintain food quality standards and meet production timelines.
- Update inventory in the POS system and keep accurate records of food waste.
- Perform regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.
Required profile
- Residence in Osu, Labone, Labadi, Cantonments, Teshi or surrounding areas.
- Valid bank account, ID card and SSNIT number.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS inventory systems.
What we offer
- Monthly salary of GHC 2,000 (adjusted for experience).
- Payment on the 15th of each month for the previous calendar month.
- Stable night‑shift schedule.
