Creative Fellowship – Graphic Design & Social Media (Remote, Unpaid)

About the role

Voima, a healthcare startup focused on proactive support for chronic conditions, is seeking a Creative Fellow to strengthen its visual storytelling and digital presence. This remote, unpaid fellowship offers hands‑on experience designing graphics and social media content that advance the organization’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media graphics, visual assets, and layout templates aligned with Voima’s brand.
• Create and schedule content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, repurposing educational and advocacy material into engaging posts.
• Maintain visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Contribute ideas for creative strategy, branding, and messaging.
• Provide basic copywriting support for captions and short‑form content.

Required profile

• Strong creativity and interest in visual storytelling for mission‑driven brands.
• Effective communication and writing skills for clear, accessible social media content.
• Detail‑oriented, able to meet deadlines and work independently in a remote setting.
• Interest in healthcare, chronic conditions, or social impact work (optional but a plus).
• Portfolio or samples demonstrating graphic design and/or social media work.
