About the role
As a Customer Success Executive at Moove in Accra, you will ensure driver partners are satisfied and productive. You will act as the primary point of contact, monitoring performance, addressing issues, and supporting the overall success of Moove’s mobility platform.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor drivers’ performance and adherence to operational standards.
- Conduct daily check‑ins to assess drivers’ wellbeing and on‑road experience.
- Provide ongoing support and resolve issues while drivers are in transit to minimise downtime.
- Handle inbound driver calls and respond to queries promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to share updates, gather information and follow up on issues.
- Design, conduct and analyse driver surveys to gather feedback and identify improvement areas.
- Maintain accountability for all Moove vehicles within your scope.
- Ensure drivers comply with company rules, regulations and safety standards.
- Deliver clear, accurate and timely information to drivers.
Required profile
- Degree in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer care or support roles.
- Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage people.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
