Delivery Rider – Full‑time, Fixed Salary & Bonus

About the role

DnG Delivery is launching a premium last‑mile service in Kumasi and seeks reliable delivery riders to join its DreamTeam. The role is full‑time, on‑site and involves using company‑provided motorcycles and digital tools to collect and deliver parcels safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up packages from partner locations and deliver them to customers across Kumasi.
• Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures or confirmations.
• Plan and follow optimal routes using Google Maps and the company’s booking app.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and update live‑tracking status.
• Perform basic checks and maintenance on the assigned motorcycle.

Required profile

• Valid motorcycle licence.
• At least one month of riding or delivery experience (preferred).
• Good knowledge of Kumasi and ability to navigate with Google Maps.
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Google Maps navigation.
• Smartphone operation for booking and tracking apps.
• Basic motorcycle maintenance.

• Fixed monthly salary of GHS 1,500–2,000, based on experience.
