Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Shalina Healthcare Ghana is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products across its Accra and Kumasi facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching inventory.
• Oversee incoming stock verification, inspection for damage or discrepancies, and accurate documentation.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance of warehouse assistants, and ensure proper use of equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain organized, safe storage areas and enforce health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff to improve efficiency.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to management.

Required profile

• HND/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse procedures.

• Proficiency in supervising staff and managing warehouse equipment.
