Dentist – Full‑time Clinical Role

About the role

The Smile Restore Dental Clinics is seeking a qualified Dentist to join its Accra team. This full‑time, on‑site position involves delivering comprehensive preventive, restorative and cosmetic dental care to individuals and families.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient examinations, diagnose oral conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Perform clinical procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canal treatments, crowns, bridges and periodontal therapy.
• Provide cosmetic dentistry services and educate patients on oral hygiene.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and obtain informed consent for all treatments.
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Required profile

• Recognised dental degree (DDS, DMD or equivalent) with a current licence to practice in Ghana or eligibility to obtain one.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality patient care with clear communication and cultural sensitivity.
• Commitment to infection‑prevention, clinical safety standards and continuous professional development.
• Experience working in a busy multidisciplinary dental practice is preferred.
