Digital Marketer

About the role

The Digital Marketer will design and execute digital marketing strategies that support Vanguard Assurance’s business goals. Working closely with Sales, Customer Service and Business Development, you will drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage social media accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok and other platforms.
• Create engaging content such as graphics, videos, articles, blogs and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and respond to online customer interactions, inquiries, complaints and feedback.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Track, analyse and report on performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support lead generation and customer‑engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns and corporate branding efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Advertising, SEO or related disciplines are a plus.
• Minimum of 36 months (3 years) of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, creativity and a customer‑focused mindset.
