Digital Marketing Associate – Psychology Background

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate who holds a psychology background to join our remote team at CloserMed. The role begins with a 2‑3 month paid training and selection period, after which successful candidates will continue on a longer‑term basis. You will work from anywhere, supporting our healthcare recruitment services across Canada and the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
• Create ad assets including static images, carousels, reels, videos and motion graphics.
• Develop and execute SEO and keyword strategies to boost website visibility.
• Produce or coordinate content for email newsletters, blogs, landing pages and social media.
• Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS and conversions, and generate actionable reports.
• Manage email marketing tools and automation workflows using platforms such as Zapier.

Required profile

• Degree or professional background in Psychology.
• Data‑oriented mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results.
• Self‑starter comfortable with remote work, deadlines and autonomy.
• Enthusiasm for using digital channels to create real‑world impact.

Required skills

• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram advertising) platform.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques.
• Email marketing platforms and automation (e.g., Zapier).
