Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to grow digital advertising services. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and senior leadership, the role focuses on driving business success through effective campaigns, partnerships and omnichannel initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive all marketing objectives, goals and critical results for the business.
• Develop and execute the marketing strategy for digital advertising services sales.
• Create campaign, partnership and event briefs and lead ideation of omnichannel campaigns.
• Manage assigned campaigns, track performance and report against TATC standards.
• Build partnerships with professional bodies, private companies and government entities.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Marketing on budget management and brand alignment.
• Lead marketing colleagues to ensure seamless omnichannel execution.
• Communicate insights via Slack and update task status in Trello.
• Provide weekly progress reports and analyse shifts versus forecasts.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role.
• 1‑2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong team management and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of marketing best practices and strategy development.
