Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Ownkey, Ghana's leading real estate marketplace, is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive for a contract position based in Accra. The role is hybrid, combining on-site collaboration with some work from home, and covers planning, running and optimising digital campaigns across social media, search and other online channels to raise brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media content calendars and create and update web content for Ownkey's platforms
• Monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep messaging consistent and online listings of good quality
• Support marketing initiatives for product launches and promotions
• Carry out market research and audience segmentation, and report key performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Strong foundation in marketing, with experience planning and executing digital campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage several projects and meet deadlines with little supervision
• Familiarity with the real estate or property marketplace in Ghana is an advantage

Required skills

• Social media marketing, including content creation, community management and platform optimisation
• Web content writing for property and brand content
• Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights
• Basic design or content creation tools (e.g. Canva, basic video editing) is a plus
