Marketing Manager - Cement Industry

About the role

A renowned cement producer is looking for an experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager based in Tema. The role develops and executes marketing strategies that build brand awareness, grow the market share of the company's development projects, and drive customer acquisition and revenue for its cement products.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the annual marketing plan and strategy, the annual branding strategy and its budget, and the annual budget that underpins the company's budget.
• Supervise the national marketing team and supervise and grow distributors and corporate customers through regional sales managers and business development managers.
• Manage and develop export sales and ensure superior customer and technical service delivery.
• Manage the company's brand through marketing officers and ensure continuous development and disciplined execution of RTM.
• Keep company and department assets well maintained and identify training gaps for team members and close them.

Required profile

• Degree and MBA in Marketing, Social Sciences or a related field.
• 15 years of practical experience in sales and marketing within the cement industry or FMCG.
