About the role
The Dispatch Supervisor leads the logistics team to ensure end‑to‑end transportation operations run smoothly, from order entry to settlement documentation, in line with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and guide staff through the complete logistics process, including order processing, waybill management and settlement documentation.
- Coordinate with transportation suppliers to secure capacity, classify and manage supplier performance.
- Handle transportation‑related incidents, cargo losses and other operational exceptions.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum five years of logistics experience, including at least three years in a supervisory or managerial dispatch role.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting and creating process flowcharts.
