About the role

The Ghana National Association of Private Schools (GNAPS) in Kwaku West Municipality is looking for qualified drivers to support the implementation of the new standards‑based curriculum across several reputable basic schools. The role involves providing reliable transportation for pupils, staff and materials, ensuring that the educational programme runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Drive school vehicles to transport students and staff to and from school premises.
• Ensure punctual arrival for classes and extracurricular activities.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support the rollout of the new curriculum by guaranteeing dependable transport logistics.

Required profile

• Relevant knowledge of school transport operations.
• Experience as a driver, preferably in an educational environment.
• Possession of the necessary driver qualification.
• Residence in or willingness to work in Kwahu West Municipality.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s licence.
• Demonstrated safe driving practices.
