Driver Recruitment & Training Manager (Taxi Fleet)

About the role

The Fleet Driver Recruitment and Training Manager is responsible for attracting, onboarding, and supporting taxi drivers for a growing ride‑hailing partnership. You will manage the full recruitment pipeline, ensure drivers are trained on the Yango platform, and maintain a ready pool of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract new drivers and publish job ads on relevant platforms.
• Contact candidates, explain working conditions, and guide them to the office for registration.
• Maintain a reserve of at least 50 qualified drivers ready to sign lease agreements.
• Provide comprehensive orientation on company policies, driver application usage, and earnings optimization.
• Train new drivers on the Yango Driver app and monitor their performance during the first two weeks.
• Conduct daily driver satisfaction surveys and report feedback to supervisors.
• Verify candidate identity, ensure smartphone availability, and complete lease agreements.
• Enter driver and vehicle data into the Optimum system and prepare daily recruitment reports.

Required profile

• Knowledge of Yango partnership terms and driver registration procedures.
• Understanding of driver working conditions, company policies, and suspension processes.
• Familiarity with the Optics/Optimum driver management system.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Experience using driver management systems and related software (e.g., Opteum).
