Driver/Dispatch Personnel

About the role

The role is a full‑time, on‑site driver position based in Kumasi. You will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles to move staff, documents, cash‑in‑transit consignments and other materials between Ramseyer Co‑operative Credit Union branches and partner locations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate vehicles to transport personnel, documents, cash‑in‑transit and other items according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any faults or service needs.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled and well‑maintained, performing routine checks on oil, tyres, brakes and lights.
• Follow all road safety and regulatory requirements, maintaining a clean driving record.
• Interact courteously with members, colleagues and security personnel during pickups and deliveries.
• Support secure loading and unloading of items and keep accurate trip, mileage and delivery records.

Required profile

• Proven professional driving experience with a valid driving licence for the vehicle category.
• Clean driving record and strong commitment to road safety.
• Good knowledge of Kumasi and surrounding routes; ability to follow GPS or written directions.
• Reliability, punctuality and basic vehicle‑maintenance knowledge.
• Minimum senior high school certificate; experience in financial services, logistics or secure transport is an advantage.

Required skills

• Valid driving licence (appropriate category).
• Basic vehicle maintenance (oil, tyres, brakes, lights).
• GPS navigation proficiency.
