E-commerce Officer

About the role

Tech n Sync is expanding its digital footprint and seeks an enthusiastic E‑commerce Officer to manage its online store and marketplace presence. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Tech n Sync e‑commerce website.
• Operate marketplace stores on platforms such as Jumia, Jiji, and others.
• Oversee social media pages from an e‑commerce perspective.
• Upload and update product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Monitor online orders and coordinate order fulfilment.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries across digital channels.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute online campaigns.
• Track website performance, recommend improvements, and drive online sales growth.

Required profile

• Diploma, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• Experience managing an e‑commerce website or online marketplaces is an advantage.
• Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce or similar CMS platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized and maintain attention to detail.
