Electrical & Automation Technician

About the role

Fan Milk PLC is looking for an experienced Electrical & Automation Technician to ensure reliable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all electrical, instrumentation and automation systems across the facility. You will report directly to the Electrical & Automation Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot LV/MV distribution systems and interpret electrical schematics.
• Program, commission and support PLCs using ladder logic and structured text.
• Operate and maintain SCADA systems for process monitoring.
• Calibrate, service and replace sensors, actuators and other instrumentation devices.
• Support start‑up activities for new equipment or product lines.
• Document maintenance activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical and automation or a related field.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve electrical faults.
• Experience with start‑up of technical equipment or production lines.

Required skills

• PLC programming (ladder logic, structured text).
• SCADA system operation.
• LV/MV distribution system maintenance.
• Interpretation of electrical schematics.
• Sensor and actuator calibration and maintenance.
