Engineering Lecturer

About the role

Ashesi University is seeking a motivated Engineering Lecturer to teach graduate and/or undergraduate courses in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer or Biological Engineering. The Engineering department covers Computer, Mechatronics, Mechanical and Electrical and Electronic engineering, with a graduate programme in Mechatronics, and its faculty researches sustainable energy, IoT integration and mechatronics applications in health and agriculture.

Required profile

• PhD in a relevant engineering field
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
• Ability to engage students of diverse backgrounds effectively
• Teaching or industry experience is an advantage

Required skills

• Good communication and organisational skills
• Experience with, and enjoyment of, hands-on labs or projects
