Enterprise Client Partner

About the role

The Enterprise Client Partner will be the primary liaison for FastHR360’s enterprise customers in Ghana, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing utilisation of our intelligent HR platform. Working on‑site in Accra, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimise HR processes and achieve their workforce objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regular client meetings to understand business requirements and translate them into implementation plans.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources and risk mitigation with sales, product and implementation teams.
• Monitor account health, resolve escalations and provide performance reports and recommendations.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and support contract renewal negotiations.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as the voice of the customer internally.

Required profile

• Proven account management experience with enterprise‑level clients, including relationship building and retention.
• Background in consulting or management consulting with ability to analyse client needs and propose HR/workforce solutions.
• Sales experience focused on growth opportunities, negotiations and revenue generation within existing accounts.
• Project management skills covering planning, coordination, risk management and delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with HR technology or SaaS platforms and familiarity with enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to work on‑site in Accra and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
